The message of our threatened global food system may be sombre, but it’s also a complicated one that not everyone has time to study formally or at length. It seems like a good time to take a look at our current food system through the lens of artistic expression. It seems to me that art is a very effective way of exploring complex issues, feelings and ideas. It may be time for you to add your voice to the growing global, national, and community-wide conversations about the future of food.
Featured artists include Susan Davis, Revolution Wear by Sapphire Singh, Keisha Neoma-Quinn, *karen b, Food Not Bombs, Peter Ormond & Barbara Maccaroni, and the “Sunday Supper” murals.

Last year these 3 young men made a big impression on guests to the gallery. Their hard work and skill are clearly evident in every piece they hang on the wall. Each brings the own style and feeling but together they compliment each others work.
Bryce Huffman: Local streetscapes reimagined and rediscovered. Musical totems and spiritualized audio equipment.
Peter Yuill: Anthropomorphic creatures critique history and humanity. Personified robots disecting human behaviour
Miles Pasick: Fantastical images infusing the macabre with a visceral and sometimes sexualized content.
